2 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
1 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, grated
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Mix all ingredients above together. Make the hamburger balls real small.
SAUCE:
1 (8 oz.) can cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Mix these ingredients all together in crockpot or in a Dutch oven on stove and simmer until all blended together. Then pour over the meatballs. Set low temperature on crockpot and low setting on conventional oven.
