A person who is spiritually healthy God at the center of his life, he also has good values and is willing to exercise his rights as well as practice the values that he believes in. A person’s religious faith also contributes to his/her health and well- being. When we say socially healthy it is when we have the ability to perform our responsibilities and to have good relationship with others. It also refers to the effective way the person performs to his role in life. However, this article will focus more on physical health.

Staying healthy could be achieved through exercising and doing physical activities provided that you know the limitations of your body so that you will not get hurt.
