The first suggestion is to optimize your time. Get to bed as soon as you realize it is the most suitable time to get some sleep. Don’t wait until you get too sleepy because it can give you headache and low blood pressure.

Get yourself on schedule. Human have body clock depends on body and the environment that we live. Know yourself on when and how much hours you should use. Based on that, make a schedule for yourself where you have to include which portion of your time daily that you allocate for sleeping.

Don’t ever forget to consider about the environment that surrounds you while you are sleeping. Ensure a suitable temperature for your room and make sure your sleeping place is comfortable for you. Use right pillow for your neck and body. And make sure you wear suitable attire when sleeping.

Consuming enough nutrient and suitable meal is also important before and after sleeping time as your body processes the food that you had consumed while your body is not working. Take light meal such as milk or water before going to bed and after you wake up don’t go directly towards heavy meal. Take light meal first such as cereal before taking heavier meals.

One more thing to keep in mind is that having stress can affect your sleep’s quality so do some relaxation or light exercise before going to sleep. By doing this you can have a comfortable and relaxing sleep by avoiding stressful moments.
